2022 NATIONAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
Judging
Thank you for your interest in judging! Our incredible young leaders are excited to show you the culmination of their efforts.
The FBLA-PBL National Awards Program, also known as competitive events, recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas. FBLA-PBL competitive events also prepare students for successful careers in business by providing opportunities to apply classroom concepts in a workforce-simulated competitive environment.
This year, FBLA-PBL is back to the in-person conference! For the most part, this means that volunteer judging will be done on-site, but there will be a small sampling of virtual judging.
Virtual judging opportunities will be as follows:
- All pre-judged events
- Job Interview and Sales Presentation
- FBLA and PBL
- Preliminary round only
Time commitment: Judges should anticipate 3.5-5 hours of judging time per competitive event. Some events will be pre-submitted, allowing for a judge to review the entries over a two-week period at their convenience. Most events will be live at a prescheduled time on a specific day; these events will begin at either 7:30 AM CDT or 12:30 PM CDT.
For more specific information, please reach out to our Judges’ Coordinator, Aric Mills, at amills@fbla.org.
