Instructions for Booking More than 10 Rooms

  1. Rooming list deadline is May 19, 2022. After this date, rooms without individual names assigned will be released and returned for sale to general attendees and the cancellation policy will go into effect.
  2. Rooming lists must be submitted in the template provided to the right.
    • The list must be in excel format with names, dates, and credit card information provided
    • If the list is in a different format or missing information it will be returned for correction
    • A credit card for guarantee is required. Your rooming list will not be processed without a card to guarantee the rooms.
    • Email confirmations will be sent once the rooming list has been processed
  3. You can submit your rooming list at any point between April 13, 2022 and May 19, 2022 using the Dropbox submission link to the right. *Rooming lists should only be submitted using this link and not e-mailed.
  4. Changes and cancellations to reservations can be made until June 15, 2022 with Orchid the following ways:
    • Clicking the link located in the right column of the email confirmation
    • Calling 888-341-3943 or 801-797-0969
    • Emailing FBLA@orchid.events
  5. Changes and cancellations after June 15, 2022 will need to be done with the hotel directly.

    *Please note some hotels may choose to take full control of all reservations and remaining inventory as early as May 31, 2022. This is completely up to the hotel’s discretion and Orchid.Events has no control of if/when this will occur.

  6. Reservations cancelled after May 19, 2022 will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation occurs within 24 to 72 hours (depending on hotel) of arrival date the hotel will charge one night’s room and tax. Please refer to your hotel’s individual cancellation policy found on your acknowledgment letter.
